Movement has always been an essential part of my life. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by everything related to sports and physical activity, so it was natural for me to pursue a degree in Physical Education. For over 10 years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, helping people feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies.
My curiosity about the human body led me to explore different practices and experiences, including living in Australia for two years. It was there that I refined my approach, blending technique, creativity, and plenty of patience to develop training programs that truly make a difference.
What inspires me the most is seeing people transform their lives through movement. I believe in training plans that respect individual limitations while unlocking potential. I’m clear and realistic about what it takes to achieve results, but I also make it a priority to walk alongside those who are ready to give their best.
