I’ve always been fascinated by acrobatic movements like capoeira, parkour, breakdance, and gymnastics. But honestly, I found them hard to learn. About five years ago, I decided to fully dedicate myself to mastering the handstand. It all started with a casual scroll through Instagram and YouTube. I became obsessed with the idea.
Even as an adult, I took on the challenge of balancing on my hands. My journey began with clumsy kick-ups and wall holds. I was stiff, lacked strength, had limited flexibility, and no proper guidance.
Over time, I realized how essential a structured program, personalized feedback, and good coaching are to making real progress. It’s been a path full of ups and downs, but also incredible achievements.
